How is your English level determined
On arrival at school, we check your grammar, writing, speaking, and listening skills. Unlike many schools, we know students often have different strengths in different skills. That’s why our placement system allows you to be at different levels for different areas.
For example, you might be placed in Level 4 for grammar but Level 6 for speaking. This ensures you get the personalized learning experience you need.
Understanding the English levels of Access English Toronto
We offer seven structured English language levels that align with CEFR standards, helping you progress clearly:

Typically, each level can be completed in about 8 weeks, but motivated students often progress faster!
