In our Work Internship Program, you will build on the English you learn in the classroom by getting real-life communication practice in a professional environment.

Our Internship Coordinator works closely with each student to ensure they are placed with a company that fits their goals, interests and personality. The Coordinator will arrange a placement suitable to your educational background and career interests.

Students will be required to submit a resume, detailing their skills and qualifications.

Take any ACCESS course, but at least 4 weeks of study must be undertaken in one of the following courses:

• Intensive Business Communication
• Business Foundations
• Intensive English For Medicine
• Intensive English For Tourism & Hospitality

Job-choices
Students in the Work Internship Program may work in any of the following fields:

• Marketing & Advertising

• Hotel Positions
• Print Media

50/50 Concept
Internship students spend the first half of their program studying and preparing for their internship. The second half of the program is spent working.

Medical Internship
This unique internship is valuable for students working or studying in the field of health care. Students will be placed with a prominent Toronto hospital. They work and communicate with patients and colleagues in a clinical environment. Students wishing a Medical Internship must first complete our English For Medicine course.

Tourism & Hospitality Internship
Students wishing an internship in a hospitality or a toursim field must first complete our English For Tourism & Hospitality course.
